They did not answer on Paypal, until the second to last day before the deadline, where they rushed out my order and gave me a tracking number. They held onto my order for over a month, and they would not respond to me until I asked for my money back via a dispute on PayPal. Their actions show that they could have shipped my order anytime, but instead waited until I reported a problem and wanted my money back. I cannot say enough, do not order from Nin-Nin-Games. Anyone who had a good experience are the minority. I got my order, but I would never, ever, order from this company again.

did your account at their website get blocked after you opened a paypal claim? Or can you buy again?

Actually, you can look now. I'm not too familiar with posting links and images. Their website states FATE/GRAND ORDER LANCER / SCATHACH REISSUE [PLUM] is in stock 6 hours ago. Time of this post is 3:44PM.

You go to their link, and it states out of stock. Already kind of suspicious at the start.

How is this suspicious? Well let me tell you. I brought this figure on 1/1/2021, where they had one in stock. I purchased it, now still waiting, no response, no changes in order activity. Their FAQ, stating that it will be within 2-4 business days to process and ship, I hardly see any of that being true. But the more I look in this forum, the more I notice small things like the thing I said above. Don't say you have some in stock when you actually have none.

This post will be updated almost weekly for any changes. I will give them another 1.5 weeks before I file a claim for scam with PayPal.

I've had to escalate the problem to PayPal. The company is still advertising the figure, even though due to rarity I doubt they have more than one. I would say to be extremely careful with this company. They have not responded to PayPal and I am disappointed as a buyer. I would personally not buy from them again unless the issue gets resolved, but so far they have taken my money and refused to communicate with me via email/customer service. I bought a figurine at a great price from them (it was on sale). I was happy.
After a week, I contact them. They replied that everything was fine, they were processing my order. Cool.
After A MONTH without news, I contact them again, nothing ... they answer me 4 days later to tell me: We are sorry but the item you want is out of stock .... Really? And what did I find when I went to their website? MY FIGURE AND STILL IN STOCK (without the discount) wow really nin-nin-game? My first time with you and you do this. I wasted more than a month with you when I could have bought the figurine somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN, and I'm still waiting for a response from them ... would they refund me? probably, but when ?? I am so angry.

I dont know why this shop has so many bad reviews, i have over 30 orders at their shop and already got 10 orders of them, service is super fast i always get an answer of my questions no later than 2 days. Amazon France shipping is the best which includes the custom fees and is often cheaper than other shops.

I even have got cancelled two 400€ preorders at my request, although they usually dont cancel orders and you have to pay what you ordered, which is super customer friendly because in their terms and conditions is written that they normaly dont cancel orders.

Its my No 1 shop with Yorokondo.

When they dont ship your item fast, ask then nicely, you will get an answer.
When they dont have your item in stock although you ordered it at their shop, ask them nicely for a refund, you will get your money back.
The advertising on each figures MFC Link is just programmed automatically, everybody knows that i dont know why people get upset about this anymore.

And always pay with Paypal. I dont know why people still pay with credit card or banktransfer in 2020. Its just stupid, you cant trust anybody on the internet it doesnt matter if its a privite person who sells a figure or a shop. Just pay with Paypal Buyer Protection.

And if they ask to pay your shipping costs, you ordered the figure with the "My private warehouse option", so you have to pay the shipping later at the end of the month with other preorder or when the figure arrives.

Their loyalty points system is awesome, i got a discount of 70€ for the new EStream Albedo, which is super nice if you buy often from their shop.
