lumspaceinvader (Vor 3 Monaten) #64224958Has anyone who owns her had problems with her leaning yet?? I'm gonna post some comparison photos of when I first got her vs now because it's very frustrating. Going to try to hit her with some heat and position her back soon.

Came to the MFC comment section to see if anyone else was having this issue too. I have the alternate colour version, and noticed today she was leaning on one of my other figures today.

Definitely a leaner this one :(. Big shame. Will have to rig some kind of stand that I'm happy with at some point, and fix the lean. For now, she's relying on Lucidique to keep her upright.

Instructions did say to correct her legs if they bent in the box, but didn't expect her to lean this quickly. Guess she doesn't have metal supports in her legs... she needs them!

lumspaceinvader (Vor 2 Monaten) #64327179It might be. I actually did manage to get her upright with some heat for a bit, but today I came back home and noticed her leaning again. I am going to give it another try closer to her ankles (I focused on calves last time) and I guess.. wait and see! Thanks for the response.
I hope it works out! If she continues to lean, I suggest you share some photos, and maybe I or others who own her can provide some suggestions.

I still can't get over how awesome she is. I look at how few ordered her, though, and I have mixed thoughts. On one hand, it makes her even more special knowing I'm one of very few who have her on display. On the other hand, I imagine Orca Toys didn't turn much of a profit, if any, on this production, and I fear that companies may shy away from deciding to produce similar figures in the future. I just find it hard to believe that there's so little interest in such beautifully grotesque monstergirl-themed figures like her.

It makes me wonder if sneaking that watch of the anime movie Wicked City when I was really young played a role in developing my interest in such character designs or if I just naturally gravitated towards them.

IceFang (Vor 3 Monaten) #64230250No, she hasn't had any leaning problems for me. In fact, she's surprisingly well balanced and stable given how thin her legs are. Her legs just above her ankle bracelets are SOOO thin... Do you think that area is the source of the leaning on yours? If so, the instructions say to heat up that area and carefully adjust.
