pokelov (Vor 1 Monat) #41382061i would like some bigger pokemon in future

How about you buy them from other companies and just put them beside the figure if you want them so badly instead of spamming the same thing again and again?

Let the trainers have the spotlight for once. There are so many Pokemon figures in all kinds of sizes to suit your taste but instead of buying those, you complain on every Pokemon figure focusing on the human.

Quite frankly, I don't want bigger Pokemon. For three reasons: Space, money, focus. Larger Pokemon require more space on the shelf. The figures would cost more because larger Pokemon created with attention to detail also require more time and material. And last but not least, it would take the focus away from the protagonist.

This line does not need bigger Pokemon. Kotobukiya made many fans' dreams a reality by finally making good quality figures of the trainers from the games for a reasonable price. If it bothers you that much, simply buy other figures instead. I doubt you have every figure of the Pokemon that are already available.

The figure will likely look gorgeous just as the others do but of course you don't have anything to say about the figure itself or how Leaf will complete the trio.

I'm still holding out for a Kris figure in this line. I will slap pre-order so hard all of Kotobukiya's employees will hear it.

Chudi (Vor 1 Monat) #41989254I think you missed the part when I say the only way I'm seeing this happening is Kotobukiya will release a separate line for fully evolve Pokemon. You'd buy them without a trainer and this will still keep the price under or somewhere between a hundred dollars. Lastly most of your reasons are of personal view? You're not the whole market so you can't really say it would be bad for Koto just because you don't want to shell out more money or you don't have the shelf space for it. I've seen people pay for ridiculous amount for Pokemon resin figures so yeah I thoroughly believe the demand for a good looking big scaled pvc pokemon figure is there.

I think you're misreading my comment. I said I have nothing against a separate line, basically confirming your opinion, and I also didn't say it's bad for Kotobukiya to make Pokemon figures but to post demands for it in the comment section of another figure line.

Like I said, I have nothing against bigger Pokemon in a separate line but spamming the same thing in a comment section for an entirely different figure line is not how to achieve that. If there's such a demand for it, then people should contact the source, which is either Kotobukiya or Nintendo or The Pokemon Company.
I already stated that it is only my personal opinion and that I'm referring to this figure line that does not need bigger Pokemon. Because this is a comment section for this figure that's part of a particular line with only small Pokemon so far.

If Kotobukiya decides to make a separate line for the Pokemon then everyone can buy it if they want. I never said the market wouldn't be there for that either. But all my comments are in regard to this existing Pokemon Figure Line which does not focus on the Pokemon but the trainers instead. Many people want Kotobukiya to continue with this line too ane having bigger Pokemon increase the prize would he upsetting those who are buying the line for the trainers and want to have them all.

I already said it many times, but that is my opinion. I never claimed it was anyone else's.

Merilly (Vor 1 Monat) #41988029ITEM #549686 for example or GEM has one with Ash & Charizard. Granted, they are not in scale but for a quality 1/8 figure of larger Pokemon like Charizard or the like, you can add around another 50-90$ to the price tag.
And it is bad in my opinion. I'm not going to fight you over my personal view on that and if you think it isn't that's alright for me.

Chudi (Vor 1 Monat) #41950551Well point me where to buy a quality 1/8 scale Pokemon figure and I'll happily do. I'ts not bad to ask for a bigger Pokemon and the way I see this happening is Koto will release a separate 1/8 line with Pokemon only. Who wouldn't want a 1/8 Charizard, it's easy money for them.

And it is bad in my opinion. I'm not going to fight you over my personal view on that and if you think it isn't that's alright for me. But the reason I think it is bad is that if Kotobukiya went along with it, many people would no longer be able to afford the figures from this line. Those who are buying it buy it mainly for the trainers. Of course the Pokemon matter too but I would never spend 90$ for a 5cm Pokemon.
For years people have wanted figures of the trainers and they don't want to pay 130$+ to get them with a Pokemon in a size they don't really need.

I have nothing against people asking Kotobukiya for a line that just focuses on 1/8 scales of the Pokemon themselves. But then they shouldn't do it in the comment section of a figure line which obviously doesn't and won't do it without increasing the price by a huge margin.
Speaking for myself, I don't want to pay so much for a Pokemon I have no space for because I want the trainers to be the focus. I love the creatures too but then I'd want a standalone figure or one that interacts more with the Pokemon.

Merilly (Vor 1 Monat) #41404014The classification says "Pokemon Figure Series" because Pokemon is a brand and what the entire franchise is called. It's not limited to the creatures we all love.
No offense, but you don't know if most want bigger Pokemon from this line. I'm also not against having a Pokemon by their side, I'm just happy with the small ones because they are not overwhelming the trainer and I don't have to pay at least a third more. I doubt the people buying this line spend 80-90$ just for the ~5cm Pokemon that come with it.
Edit: It's also a bit funny that you say that I shouldn't buy it even though I'm not the one complaining about the Pokemon choice, so I could say the same to you. Don't buy it if Kotobukiya isn't giving you what you want. I bought the entire line for the trainers with their small partners and apparently many people do the same for the exact same reason.
I didn't say I don't like what they give us,I just want big pokemons also from this line that's it

pokelov (Vor 1 Monat) #41404869i was asking myself ,if kotobukiya will do Lance what pokemon could go along him, i think the only one is dragonite but kotobukiya will go with a meaningless dratini, what a waste

Depending on the pose, Dragonair could be interesting and rather pretty.

I'm actually curious about this myself. Medicom's Pokemon line made some larger Pokemon to go with the trainers, but they're out of scale and some were cut in half like ITEM #392489, ITEM #491385 and ITEM #591077. Since the trainers are the focus in this line I guess they could release them without a Pokemon to go with them, but it does cut some of the appeal. For a character like Steven it might not be as much of a problem since he's associated with Metagross but he gives you a Beldum in-game, so either could work for him.
