I've ordered Chii on January 5th 2019, I've paid for her on August 5th of the same year, the order was finally put in "preparation in progress" on September 23rd 2020 and she was then sent on October 9th. I hope this helps a bit...

Edit: You should try to contact them by their chat system (if you haven't), it's sometimes the only way to make them do something about your tickets...
