beatriceforlife (Vor 7 Stunden) #45799375So... you're selling a "defective" version right under MSRP, that was bad enough that you're getting a whole replacement from GSC for it.
Keep this up and their replacement policies aren't going to stay consumer friendly.

The thing is though it’s only right for someone to receive a replacement if their figure comes with a large slash across it, after all that wasn’t what they paid for. Besides that though the eBay description actually gives the potential buyer a warning stating that this figure is defective and isn’t recommended for someone who can’t tolerate this kind of thing.

Edit: I only just realised this was the listing for the second one and not the first, regardless though the same kind of thing applies here for the eBay listing

On Friday arrived mine in perfect condition. I have only a little problems with packing, but the figure is in perfect condition. In my opinion she is looking lovely. If you saw any bunny figures from this company, you'know what you get. Now I waiting for the rest.

Selling her with a slight paint defective on eBay for $200 with free shipping to the US. You’d pay around $250 to get her brand new from AmiAmi.

Gandalf (Vor 3 Tagen) #45581254I got a replacement part for a figure despite ordering from NY because I showed GSC that I ordered in the pre-order stage. They might not like NY because they re-sell but if you can show it was more than likely new rather than a 2nd hand copy you should have a better time.

Thank you so much for that information! Maybe it works - I hope so.
If not, I have to try to fix her by myself.

I heard that GSC is very good at this point, but because I ordered at NY, this isn‘t an option for me, is it?

LittleMissTina (Vor 4 Tagen) #45471329I don‘t know if it‘s a manufacturing defect - but I would like to know if some other people have this problem too.
I have messaged NY, hope they will do something.

Unfortunately in cases like these you can only rely on NY, and I've heard they're not good with replacement or any kind of customer service. GSC only replace figures ordered from their store or partner stores, they would ask for images of receipt and e.t.c. (NY is not a partner store). You can try to contact GSC, but I would not have high hopes about it. However, it does not hurt to try. Worse comes to worse, you will have to fix the figure yourself. Hope things work out for you!
