Torzir (Vor 6 Tagen) #37131904I'm talking to them now. They're asking for photos of the model and receipts, so it sounds promising. What kind of packaging do they send replacement parts in? This part in particular seems to be very fragile, and its got to survive a trip halfway around the world. They need proof because a lot of people try to trick GSC regarding replacements of figures/part, that they're more strict now than they were before.

The nendoroid parts came sealed in a plastic bag with bubble wrap, inside a small envelope. The Ryuko came in its blister pack, parts of the face & ears were more covered than the one I had bought, inside a plain box. Yours might come in a tiny blister pack if it's really fragile.

GSC sent me a replacement of ITEM #396901 because of paint issues. They also sent replacement parts for nendoroids that were flawed.
Amiami does replace items (maybe it depends on the agreement with the brands/companies) like what happened with ITEM #663900. This user (Sege) items.v4.php?it... got a replacement.

Now that I'm looking, I'm seeing a lot of bad things about Amiami customer service, particularly in regards to replacing parts that have been damaged in transit (in their case, not replacing them). Thinking I might switch to a different company in future.

Sent Amiami an email with photographs of the damaged part, and the invoice and shipping label. What are the chances they'll send a replacement part/replace the whole unit?
