Hi! I have a big problem. I have moved, I opened Sakura's box, and now a parts is missing. The little star from the crown. Has anyone some plus parts or what can I do? I already contacted GSC, but they told me off.

I'm not sure if you're responding to my comment about how GSC should use FedEx or DHL. If you are, I meant they should do that to get around Japan Post suspending shipments to the US. I've had nothing but good experience with how JP handles packages. I'm just tired of waiting for the suspension to be lifted.
