Edit: to clarify this is a brand new just released figure

Ok so not asking about a shop since it is a defect with the item so I'm pretty sure I'm still right asking this anyways I got my Sabo portrait of pirates today and opened it to display obviously. It comes with 2 heads one wearing the hat and one without it. I wanted it without the hat so I removed the head and it literally took no effort to come off this didn't click for anything so honestly I don't really remember how easy or not easy it was to take off all I no is it took no effort on my part and as I have plenty of pops I'm always careful so I no I didn't do anything.

So anyways I go to put the other head on and look in confusion as there is no joint to connect to the head and there I see it lodged in the default head it this thing is lodged in there I can't move at all as seen below it's just lodged at a weird angle http://s1.tsuki-board.net/image/600/Dragneil1442410152.jpeg

Now I have emailed amiami but I no the fault lies with Megahouse as this is brand new and so lies the million dollar question on my mind is it easy contacting Megahouse? Do they even have an English customer service branch or whatever I'm hoping someone has had to of gone through this and can help sorry for the wall of text I'm just annoyed

But my personal experience is that they never e-mailed me back and I sent them at least 5 e-mails, regarding the same thing, so don't expect much, and in my opinion it is better to contact amiami.


It kinda ticks me off lol. Why even make that page on their website if they never gonna respond. Hahah sorry that's just me, I'm just mad at stuffs like these where it is very important aspect of service. In USA, they will get sued sooooo easy for not responding to customer service whereas they clearly have a great page in English, no grammar errors, that clearly said our oversea sales will answer you soon! xD

AmiAmi won't do much sadly. I had an issue with a brand new Sonico figure a few months back. She is the talking one and the voice bit didn't work. I even got new batteries and what not but no dice. In the end after sending video's and several pictures per their request, they gave me 600 points to my account as compensation. In the future I'd like to get her again and hope that the voice part works..I love the figure but just find it a shame that her voice part doesn't work at all :( In hindsight I probably should've contacted the company that made her :/

Me too.. I tried contact to megaphone oversea email but they never reply to me back... =(

However, it seems that the neck joint stuck in the hat-head isn't broken, it simply gotten loose, so I would do what FigureDuchess suggested and use a tool to extract it from the head, then glue it to the neck.
Be careful not to apply to much force though. Good luck! (:

I personally don't know of any case where the MegaHouse customer service ever answered an email from a foreign customer, so amiami would be your best bet.
I don't own Sabo but to me it looks like the thing stuck in his hat-head is supposed to remain in his throat. If amiami can't help, get pliers and try to wiggle the thing out of his head, then glue it back into the throat.

Noel-chan (Vor 3 Jahren) #3472447I don't know about the costumer support from Megahouse, but AmiAmi helped me out with my Dark Magician Girl that had a big (1cm or so) dark spot on one of her heads. They sent me a replacement head and were totally nice! :) they have always helped me in the past but that was from the preowned section I'm just in unfamiliar waters with defective new items xD
