goliathfasa (Vor 2 Monaten) #23710370Finally got time to take some pictures and post them.
My guess is also that the hole in the lower leg piece is set at an off angle. The revol joint itself looks to be fine.

From the looks of it, it's highly likely due to the drilled hole on the leg. The position's a bit lower than how it's supposed to be placed.

TwinkieSupreme (Vor 2 Monaten) #23523028Hmmmm. could you put up some pictures? My hunch is either the joint's range is off or that the drilled hole is at a off angle. Both of which are somewhat rare but are very evident in Revoltech figures. QA for Revoltech tends to be a mixed bag.

goliathfasa (Vor 2 Monaten) #23520158Well one leg straightens out perfectly, while the other one seems bent at an angle.
And I think it's the knee. Maybe the socket at the lower leg where the knee revo joint goes in is set crooked?

Pop off the right hip part (that connects the thigh to the t-bar) and check for an "L" on the inside. I think I had the same problem. Mine had 2 left hips, so the left leg was perfect, but the right leg always was off

[Edit]

Whoops, Didn't see you said lower leg. Problem might be he same. QC might have messed up and given you 2 lower left legs

TwinkieSupreme (Vor 2 Monaten) #23508750Is that the knee joint? If it is, it's a case to case basis but from my experience with Revoltech figures, their joint system or joints per se don't always have the same range. You'll have to work around it if you want to give Revoltech figures vanilla poses.

goliathfasa (Vor 2 Monaten) #23507662Ok been playing tons with mine, but for some reason, the right lower leg seems to bend way more inward (medially), compared to the right one, when both are straightened out.
Not sure if this is a single-case thing, or across the board.

Balmert (Vor 3 Monaten) #22359943yes you can do it with him too
Well, I'm already all-in with this line (though only got DP and Spidey on reissue). I can't be any more all-in with this line anymore!

I wish the world is as hyped as me about these!

Didn't realize TAC☆ from twitter put out SO MANY pictures of her.

Some of them are VERY impressive. Already the best female Spider figure of all time (not saying much....).

TwinkieSupreme (Vor 3 Monaten) #21937113Tbh, the way the Youtuber took pictures of and posed the figure was off to a point that the knee isn't properly aligned with the thigh making the gaps more obvious.
I think it all depends on how you pose her just like how it is for almost every Revoltech figure. Revoltech joints aren't as smooth as figma joints or Figuarts that's why it takes time to get them in a perfect pose that hides its flaws.

Yeah, I'm glad you are able to rotate at both sides of the knee, but I think I will refrain from doing that with mine LOL.

Still think they could've done something about how that kneecap pokes out like a sharp blade when bent though LOL. I would've been happy if they kept her knees like Spidey's. Cut in the middle, upper and lower leg each take half the kneecap.

goliathfasa (Vor 3 Monaten) #21936233Those gaps in the knees are starting to really bother me. They could've done a way better job making the look more continuous.
Oh well, there's enough good engineering in her that it still looks like an overall amazing package.
Check this video from random youtuber who seems to get their hands on prototype figures a lot.
